Operation S.W.E.A.T.® Boot Camp is our signature outdoor program, found in the parks of Riverside South! Fresh air & fitness for all. You will build Strength. Willpower. Endurance. Challenge yourself, and have fun improving your cardiovascular endurance, mobility & functional core strength with military drills, agility ladders, cones, bands, hurdles and of course a hill! Let S.W.E.A.T.® Inc. bring the workout to you with Boot Camp on the GO! This program can be delivered to school aged kids and sports teams indoors or out, depending on the season. Each 45-50 minute session is set up in a circuit using small apparatus resistance equipment and also incorporates a series of athletic drills. This program has 2 different bi-weekly workouts and changes every 2 weeks.
