Operation S.W.E.A.T.® Boot Camp is our outdoor program, in the parks of Riverside South! You will build Strength. Willpower. Endurance. And. Tenacity. Challenge yourself with Kettlebells, Dumbells, TRX, Medicine Balls, BOSU, Resistance Bands, Sandbells, Sandbags, Ropes, the Sledbarrow, and have fun improving your cardiovascular endurance with military drills, agility ladders, cones, hurdles and of course a hill! We have it all and we deliver the workout in a structured, efficient manner! Runs Seasonal.

Let S.W.E.A.T.® Inc. bring the workout to you with Boot Camp on the GO! This program can be delivered to school aged kids and sports teams indoors or out, depending on the season. Each 45-50 minute session is set up in a circuit using small apparatus resistance equipment and also incorporates a series of athletic drills. This program has 2 different bi-weekly workouts and changes every 2 weeks.
