Seasonal Boot Camps

Operation S.W.E.A.T.® Boot Camp is a fun and challenging way to get fit outdoors! All fitness levels are welcome. Variations of exercises will be outlined in order to ensure everyone has a great workout. No need to bring equipment, the equipment is brought to you! The 2021classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm in the parks of Riverside South.

School & team Boot Camps

Let S.W.E.A.T.® Inc. bring the workout to you with Boot Camp on the GO! This program can be delivered to school aged kids and sports teams indoors or out, depending on the season. Each 45-50 minute session is set up in a circuit using small apparatus resistance equipment and also incorporates a series of athletic drills.

Operation S.W.E.A.T.® Jr. is similar to our regular seasonal adult Boot Camp. We meet twice a week, every Monday and Wednesday at 4pm in the parks of Riverside South. Classes are divided into age categories of 10-12 and 13-15. This program is co-ed. Structured outdoor fitness, with age appropriate programming.

Twice a Week for Six Weeks

  • All fitness levels are welcome
  • Supportive Co-Ed Groups
  • Variations of exercises will be outlined in order to ensure everyone has a great workout. 
  • No need to bring equipment, the equipment is brought to you (no equipment sharing during pandemic)
  • Improve your cardiovascular endurance with military drills, agility ladders, cones, hurdles and of course a hill
  • Circuit Training, Hill Training, Athletic and Military inspired Drills 
  • All classes are approx 45 minutes in length
  • We meet twice a week from May—October in the parks of Riverside South.
