Connie Beaulieu is not only a local fitness coach, she spent over a decade instructing and certifying Personal Trainers & Nutrition Coaches as a PRO TRAINER with canfitpro (Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc.) and has taught Fitness and Wellness for the Police Foundations Program and the Canadian Armed Forces at Algonquin College. Connie is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with one of the top certifying bodies in the world, The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In 2014, she created and launched The ACTIVATE FitCon – an exciting motivational and educational event for fitness professionals and enthusiasts. She believes in the importance of proper education for Personal Trainers and passionate about learning & teaching.

The S.W.E.A.T.® Group Training Membership is an effective solution for people that are ready to take their Health and Fitness to the next level of change, and become more accountable to a Certified Personal Trainer within a group of positive, supportive individuals. It is more than group fitness, this is a monthly membership that allows full access to our premiere group training program and training app. 

We are located in Riverside South, Ottawa.

$199/month + HST per month (minimum 2 month upon registering, then month to month automated payments). No long term contract. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Includes blackout weeks (no classes) in April, July, Aug, Dec.

We do offer free consultations to find the program that is right for you. Please contact us! 

This co-ed program is for ages 16 and up.  The average age of participants range from 30-60. All fitness levels are welcome, but you should have previous experience with exercise (but you may not currently be active).  Variations of exercises will be outlined in order to ensure everyone has a great workout. If you have an underlying health condition or chronic injury, we may request medical clearance before training. If you have not exercised before or are a beginner, we recommend Personal Training or the 4 week Jump Start Program, as group training may not be the best fit for you.

There are no refunds given to Personal Training sessions that have been completed. There are no refunds given to pre-set programs like Boot Camp, Indoor or Virtual Group Training,  etc. beyond it’s start date unless there is a medical reason. There are no refunds given for registration to events, unless cancelled by organizer. Registration may be transferred.

You understand that when you purchase a pre-set program like a Boot Camp, Indoor or Virtual Group Training, etc., you have committed to the term of the program and the sessions are not to be viewed as individual use. There are no refunds on any personal missed sessions.
