Since 2007, we have been providing quality, efficient and structured programming for all fitness levels, through group training, personal training, corporate wellness solutions, and nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Our focus is building strength in both mind and body. We teach proper form, technique and safety, add in a healthy dose of motivation and fun, and it gets results!

My passion for fitness, active living and leading a healthy lifestyle, along with my dedication to helping others has made a career in Personal Training and Lifestyle Management an obvious choice.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. My passion has taken me from physiotherapy assistant work, athletic therapy, personal training of elite athletes and managing teams of Personal Trainers in two of Canada’s largest Health and Fitness clubs to my dream of being a Studio owner and operator.
