I have been working full time in the fitness industry for over 25 years. My passion has taken me from physiotherapy assistant work, athletic therapy, personal training of elite athletes and managing teams of Personal Trainers in two of Canada’s largest Health and Fitness clubs, certifying fitness professionals, to my dream of being a fitness business owner and operator.
