outdoor Boot Camp for adults

Operation S.W.E.A.T.® Boot Camp is a fun and effective way to get fit outdoors! All fitness levels are welcome. Variations of exercises will be outlined in order to ensure everyone has a great workout. Classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm in the parks of Riverside South from May-Nov.

Outdoor Boot Camp for Youth

Operation S.W.E.A.T.® Jr program is similar to our regular seasonal adult Boot Camp. Classes are age-appropriate programmed - designed for those between 12-15yrs (co-ed). Our Youth Program can be customized for any school or sports team. Please inquire if you are interested in learning more.

School & team Boot Camps

Let S.W.E.A.T.® Inc. bring the workout to you with Boot Camp on the GO! This program can be delivered to school aged kids and sports teams indoors or out, depending on the season. Each 45-50 minute session is set up in a circuit using small apparatus resistance equipment and also incorporates a series of athletic drills.

Twice a Week for 8 Weeks Blocks

  • Following Municipal & Provincial Pandemic Guidelines.
